Waterfowl Splash

Description
A greater yellowlegs bird goes for one last fishing trip during golden hour at a beach in Port-aux-Basque, Newfoundland. The angle of the sun, reflection off the water and timing made for a perfect opportunity for a silhouette shot of a failed fishing attempt. This bird may not have caught anything during this particular try, but it sure made a splash!
